Terms of use
These terms explain the service you use, what a membership buys and your responsibilities on Ulakla.
The service and replies
Creators share personal profile links. Fans sign in to send text, emoji and web links; message attachments, voice and video are not supported. Conversations are not public. Creators choose whether and when to reply. A membership buys access to send messages, not a creator’s attention, a reply or any particular outcome.
Your account
Creators join and sign in through X. Fans can use X or email and a password. Use your own identity and protect access to your account. A creator messaging another creator follows the fan rules in that conversation. You can change account details in Settings and request account deletion there. Our privacy policy explains how we use and retain account and conversation data.
Trial and weekly billing
Your first message to each creator is free. When you try to send a second message, you can choose a membership: ₺34.50 is charged immediately for a 3-day trial membership. This is a paid trial. When those 3 days end, the membership automatically renews at ₺295.00 per week, then every week until canceled. Stripe handles checkout and payment. Each membership unlocks unlimited messages to that one creator only; another creator requires a separate membership. All charges go to the platform. Creators receive no share or payouts and do not set prices.
Ending access and stopping renewals
Cancel the selected membership in My subscriptions. Once confirmed, in-app cancellation stops future renewals immediately and ends sending access, including during the trial or an already-paid week. History stays readable while your account and the conversation remain available. An externally scheduled cancellation instead keeps access until the end date shown there. Failed payments, expired memberships and creator blocks can also prevent sending. Cancellation does not restore your first message or automatically refund earlier charges; see the refund and cancellation policy.
Respect and safety
You are responsible for what you send. Do not use Ulakla for harassment, threats, impersonation, spam or illegal content. Creators can block fans, report conversations and remove threads from their own inbox. Removing a thread does not erase the other participant’s history. A block prevents further fan messages even with a membership; blocking alone does not cancel billing. Report storage confirms receipt, not a review or action. Contact support about abuse or access problems.
Age and prohibited use
You must be at least 18 years old to use Ulakla. Ulakla is not a dating or matchmaking service. Adult or sexual content, dating or matchmaking use, harassment, spam and illegal content are not allowed; accounts that break these rules are closed.

Who operates Ulakla
Ulakla is operated by Gizem Uysal, Ankara, Türkiye.
Contact support
For account help, a billing question, a report or a privacy request, email info@ulakla.com. Include your account email or username and enough detail to identify the issue. For a charge, include its date and the creator’s username. Never send passwords, sign-in or reset links, or full card details. We may need to verify account ownership before sharing or changing private records. Contacting support does not cancel a membership, guarantee a refund or promise a response time.
